My professional background is based on three factors:

My scientific expertise

As an archeologist and historian specialized in subject-specific databases, I'm good at getting to the bottom of things! I am trained to think and work logically. One of my main strengths is in analyzing documents, data and situations in terms of defined criteria and creating clear structures.

My technical expertise

Through many years working for an IT company in Bonn, I've acquired a broad knowledge of software skills. I have been responsible for server-side processing of geo-data, for creating databases and developing web applications, so I'm familiar with a variety of proprietary and open source software.

My personal expertise

Due to an accident years ago, I'm a wheelchair user. Being pragmatic and finding solutions therefore comes naturally to me, and the internet is my oyster. Finding creative ways, thinking out of the box and implementing synergies is my daily life and a challenge that I master.
